Many thanks to the manager (Jayne) and staff at 'Y Plas' Residential Home, Felinfoel as well as the nursing team of Ward 3, Prince Philip Hospital for the compassion and kindness given to Ray (Jack) in his final months and days. Special thanks to Rev. David Jones for his kind words, comfort and very dignified service.
